The Science
Our Metabolism Boost Tea contains ingredients with a high content of iodine, carotene, fucoidan and mannitol, which among many other benefits can help promote a healthy microbiome. Much research has been done into the relationship between humans and their commensal microbiota, and this tea is designed to complement our skincare range to support the healthy function of the microbiome.
Add 2g of Haeckels seaweed tea (one teaspoon) into a strainer, add boiling water, leave to steep for 5 minutes and then enjoy. Take 2 cups a day (morning and evening) to feel the full benefits.
